@Alex: i have upgraded to version 2.99 and now i can not control the volume any more.
the controller doesn´t respond to the encoder rotating.
i downgraded to v.2.93 and it worked.
again upgraded to v2.99 and no volume change possible.

Since it works well with 3 preamps including myself, I am a bit puzzled but suddenly realized that I forgot to mention something important.
Since the SW changes are quite significant, you must load the default settings and better erase all settings.
If you cannot do it with v2.99 use your old working version to do it first (erase all settings).

you mean erasing all settings in the preamp menu. not in the programmer?

i did not manage to make v2.99 run.
downgraded to v2.93
in manage settings menu i decided "Restore default settings"
then i upgraded again to v2.99 and it didn´t work...
can u please help?

It is working very well on my side as well as 2 other person.

in v2.93 everything works fine.

I had the exact same problem as you have.
Here is the fix (as Alex have mentioned) :
You have to erase all settings.
Just to load the default settings is NOT enough !
YOU HAVE TO ERASE ALL SETTINGS !
Then it will work 🙂

2) Save settings
3) Turn the volume wheel to erase all settings.
Push the store buttons till you see this message : Are you sure ?
4) Push store again
