@soundbrigade: the German was almost perfect! These services are getting better and better. We should have a global forum that autotranslates everything to everyones native language, breaking down the barriers of diy audio.
now, lets see if I can find some elderberries in my garden... (no chance)

Perhaps youngerberries ... 😀
Will have coffee in a moment and think I will crack open either a Marzadro Le DiCiotto Lune or Eau De Vie - Poire William (the latter one bought in France maybe 15 years ago).

We associate elderberry with unpredictable behavior. There is a saying overeat elderberries. This means behaving unpredictably.
Today I decided to buy batches of both these wines https://www.fjp-vins.fr//files/medias/documents/vins-haut-marin/en/Haut-Marin-Amande.pdf and https: // www. fjp-vins .fr // files / medias / documents / vins-haut-marin / en / Haut-Marin-Rose-Gourmand.pdf, but the harvest is 2019. I have tasted rosé wine and the girls will love It. Strawberries and raspberries, delicate, delicious and savory. I can even imagine how my friend's wife says oh, how delicious))) But for us, brutal males, dry white wine is closer to our hearts. Aged in stainless steel tanks and concrete barrels, which is great ..

Whoa, that Columbard SB blend has 5 g/l residual sugar! My teeth hurt just thinking about it! It makes me think of some of the wines made by Randy Graham at Bonny Doon Winery. 😀
There was a joke in the USSR: the patient thanks the dentist, these new artificial teeth hurt like real ones, you are just a magician!
In fact, it is not clear why your teeth hurt. Low or high sugar levels or simply from the cold or your dentist is just a magician.😀

The juice from the fermented cukes, added to the latest tomato cocktail, added to 'refreshing' beer.
Happy Friday everyone.
Happy Friday everyone.

It's 23º in October, in this part of Canada. Happy Friday is right! No shirts required.
Unfortunately, Mrs Weldon is home in about a half hour. I wonder how many beers I can have in that time before I have to be a 'good' husband?
I'll let you know 😉

Difficult to go wrong with a 10 years Talisker. But most shops around here have dropped it to carry instead the no age "storm". A pity.
In the peaty but smooth category, I've yet to taste something more to my taste than the Caol Ila distiller's edition.

Well, for now it's Talisker. I'd prefer Lagavulin 16 year but while it used to be $60/bottle (750ml) here in NH it's now nearly $100/bottle. Hard to justify, though the strong peat flavor along with the smooth taste is hard to beat.
I remember when it was $18 a bottle. 🙂
