Yup. Twice as much current = Twice as much voltage. Possibly connect to F4 directly with no additional gain!

I would like dual tda1541 too, but why not have individual shunts instead of daisy chaining them? Then we can build supplies to excess and just feed the local shunt. Also use parts we can see 🙂 Anyway, I'm currently building my V1 dac. I got lazy and bought a Aya so only decided it was time to build my V1 boards up as a dual.

I wanted to test out a Dual balanced setup to see if there was any benefit in having double the current avaliable. Still waiting for my transformers from member bisesik to arrive to test it out properly.

Transformers from bisesik simply ROCK!
I got couple of them from him for: ak4497, es9038q2m and ad1865. None of the other output stages has beaten it so far.
Highly regarded and recommended! Wonder of its usage in this project.

All modern D/A converters and DSD (even 512 in R2R ladder) is a ******** ...

BTW ggetzoff for your reflectors get mundorf AG+ 4 pin cap for leds filtering 🙂 simply the best!
