Cheese, youghurt or various sour milk works fine. But regular milk? Nope.
I've crossed over to the vegan substitutes made from oats and almonds, with extra calcium.
Speaking of, the kids told me a joke here the other day:
There where three couples eating breakfast together, Americans, British and Norwegian.
The American man said to his wife, "would you pass me the honey, honey?"
The British man followed up with "can you pass me the sugar, sugar?"
The Norwegian man didn't want to be any worse, tried to find something to say. In a flash of inspiration the words came to him: "Can you pass me the milk, you cow?"

No substitutes, no other substitutes. Just oatmeal and a glass of yogurt. And the liver will be cleansed.

Nothing at this very moment but in a sec I go and pour me some nice borbon and chip of some pieces of dark chocolate and see how that combo works.
About to kick off a little early (2pm) and visit Jimmy in Margaritaville before the dog walk. Great start to the weekend. I hope my honey feels the same way when she gets home in 3 hours. I ought to be in a very loving mood by then. Extra smooches 😉
Hmmm. Not sure Gunfu. I find Jack to be a little smoother but also fatter (not in a good way). Could be acetone. I don't tend to buy it so don't have any on hand to try. But I might try when/if the opportunity arises.
Meanwhile, earlier tonight it was gin and tonics for me and the missus (see below). Now I'm on to generic white wine (chardonnay) because it was 95F today!
