1. why do you have 2 core for each rail ?
2. I have never seen construction details for this amp from designer
Are you sure you have correct core ?
I think you cant use any available blue core
What is switching frequency ?
From Class D exeprience I know, when I using wrong core,... amp not work or not work stable, you will get trouble.
and in your ciruit is a class D amplifier to deliver Voltage and current for Class AB AMP
Finally: look sunfire Class TD driver, using 38uh core i
Check all the details, I think its better solution

which protection is working well or we need to use?
i make first one but i dont feel safe with it. and then i see there is second modified one by you. i dont try it, mr.timos test it but at the end no one say wich one better or we need to use.

I decide to share the files here in case new members want to try this classic design the file are Apex H900, Apex H900 Protection, and the Apex H900 PSU
this files please check them carefully I did it already but is good to give a second look, I think is good to leave the file here just in case my PC goes bad 🙂
I have one question the transformer need 4 x 40V AC on the secondaries if example I can not find one that have 4 x 40 secondaries is possible to use two transformers with 2 x 40 secondaries? ok I guess I'm happy that after so many years of practice is a lot faster for me to to this things 😉

I found a errata on one of the bleeder resistor here is the updated file I might be wrong but I can see that there are two bleeder resistors connected on the same -120V spot is odd to me so I changed but the first files still the same so you can see what I mean
