Honestly, my 2 cents you have a digital loopback somewhere in your measurement, this looks like 24bit digital sine dithered somewhere between 16 to 24 bits. But maybe you got lucky and the distortions somehow cancelled out. But together with that 0.0dBFS - very unlikely.

You are certainly right. Disconnecting the soundcard does not change anything - so some kind of pure digital loopback looks plausible. Very strange😕
My 0404 /0202 looks like yours post 40 so I guess that's the correct setup.

44.1kHz is default pulseaudio samplerate. Perhaps PA is switching your card? Do you have the card disabled (off) in PA hardware config?
Nah... I turned EMU "off" in "pavucontrol" I think it is after I updatet, it worked before also Diana with 192Khz and wineasio. I have to dig some more
Yes, I updated alsa & lib32-alsa etc. And everything runs smooth again in Arta/Rew/Diana with wine and linux/archlinux :
