Returning to the sad reality:

Notre-Dame
Four hundred tons of lead.

175 boys who live or go to school in the vicinity of Notre-Dame Cathedral were checked for blood lead, since the fire - on April 15 - melted around 400 tons of lead and the residue, in the form of dust, is highly toxic. In two of these boys levels were detected that exceed the threshold of danger and must undergo regular controls and one of them must follow a detoxification therapy. The cleaning and removal works in the cathedral were suspended while the surroundings were cleaned of lead - with ultra high pressure water and gel with surfactants - to protect the workers who carry out these tasks.
