Shaan now i have problem with second pcb.Left led is off and the other lights up on very bright.I have checked all the transistors and seems ok.I'm using the same PS DC41v but left mosfet has 60+v and the other 21v.Any ideas please?

Is the off LED okay, or possibly placed in reverse?

Are the two 1N4007 diodes placed correctly?

I changed the led and lights up but the other is very very bright and the voltage on mosfet is 70v.The other mosfet with the new led has 15v.

Check the two 22k resistors. Are these soldered to correct places?
What is the two LED's voltage rating?

Also, are PGND, SGND and heatsink body connected to ground?

The 22k resistors are ok and the leds are 1.8v

no it has 41v-41v and with the same psu the other module sounds PERFECT

Do check continuity from the three legs of output MOSFETs. It looks like one leg which shouldn't be shorted to ground is grounded.
