Each requested "Board" is really 2+ and 1- breakoff board as needed.

The LED need to be specific for 5v. Some reds are acceptable, almost all green and yellow ones are not.

I must admit I am a bit confused on what exactly it is that I need. I want to build two B1 triode preamps. Here is the schematic:

If I understand your question correct you need two positive regulators, that is one 1.3 UltraBiB pcb.
Chose R1 and buy components according to BOM or ask Tea for help with a KIT.

One UB 1.3 pcb consists of TWO pos and ONE neg, dividable by just breaking the board on the prepared lines.
