I gathered it wil take 2-3 years to assess the damage level, gather all the building details and devise a restauration grand scheme, add to that Mr Macron's half a decade.
Eugène 'Violé' le 'Duck', barely over 30 at the time of the Notre Dame remodelling.
La Flèche was the single hideous part of the Notre Dame, good riddance imho.
(also a late addition to the cathedrale, mid 19th century)

In that case, they probably have the infrastructure for big bells that others don't have. I mean, when the cost of transporting big bells is accounted for, it has to be more economical to let the Dutch do it than to build or update their own facility to make one.

It would be cheaper and easier to transport bells from Holland, as the roads are very flat and straight.

Question in France was: Make 8 moderated size bells at the same time or only 1 BIG I guess
