In that case, they probably have the infrastructure for big bells that others don't have. I mean, when the cost of transporting big bells is accounted for, it has to be more economical to let the Dutch do it than to build or update their own facility to make one. :scratch2:
 
Bells can be quite impressive.

The largest bell ever cast sank during the attempt to steal it by the Portuguese.
It was cast in Burma in 1484 weighing 297t and a hundred years later it sank.
Every now and then somebody tries to raise it.
The largest operative one is in China weighing 115t, the second largest at 88t was cast 200 years ago in Burma/Myanmar.
The largest one in Notre Dame is a comparatively puny 16t.

It would be cheaper and easier to transport bells from Holland, as the roads are very flat and straight.
