Here's another preliminary BOM geared toward USA builders. This is based on the original schematic/article and the images of the actual PCB that Mr. Pass has posted. It appears that some of the values have changed and the PSU filter uses fewer components.

This is what I'm planning on using to put it together (assuming I haven't omitted anything or am incorrect in values/lead spacing). This is mainly because I already have some of the components on hand, so please feel free to pick, choose, update, and share. The manufacturer number column should include active links to US suppliers. Everything is in stock right now.
For this, ratings are 1/2 watt resistors other than the PSU filter; 1/2 watt Zener diode; 25v capacitors in the PSU (which I know is close, but it appears Mr. Pass used these 25v Kemet caps in his build).
Hopefully this helps get people moving forward.

Thanks for the BOM! Most useful in getting a head start.
Suggest using Nichicon MUSE UKZ series for the 10uf coupling caps. Have used the MUSE in my M2x with great results.
