mhm, looking at the pictures i have to say they look quite the same, maybe exept the soldermarks collar of Source/Gate Pins, look at number, not really productionfollowers but near. Maybe brain painted a little difference on background of uncertainty before measuring : )

But are they so big or is the heatsink that is small?

heatsink is 30cm x 15cm : ), base of Tokin is 35mm x 52mm

Can I use Cinemag CMOQ-4HPC instead of CMOQ-4LPC?
Will it improve a lot?

H means 50% Nickel laminates , while L means even more % of Nickel in laminates

generally - less Nickel means greater swing for same THD , more nickel means more details in sound , while sissier swing

I would go for more Nickel , so L

I think it is the other way round.
From Cinemag’s web site, H is 80% nickel while L is 50%. See the PDF.

with 80% Nickel (“HiNi”) and 50% Nickel/50% Steel laminations."

And in the table, H is specified as 50% and L as "High Nickel"

Agree it is slightly backwards, but i don't think H means High and L means Low.
