No worries because ES (UES Bipolar) are super good, tested correct for stability in the UltraBiB prototypes as well. P.S. They behave well with DC bias also

The UBiB build guide says "15VAC for 11-15Vout". For the 5Vout Reflektor use 9 VAC

Both 30VA or 50VA

P.S. If its a special order single transformer you can ask for 50VA with 15+15V 1A each side independent secondaries (four wires) plus a 9V 2A secondary

thanks. i just saw that guide for the first time. Got one 100VA 15VAC andd one 50VA 9VAC from antek. would that be fine?

You need to order parts. These are minikits. The first Post has a link to a spreadsheet that has the minikits, and extra parts to order for a complete board population.
