I dont think so. The major issue in your set up is the sba excites first room modes too much, with the typical nasty masking effect called bola de grave (bass ball).
Imho the Ss is not sensitive enough, but...
It seems that all your assessment is based on 1 speaker at 1 position only. The 1 position only is not really a problem if the smoothing is generous enough, and i think 1/3 octave not generous at all, but...
You need to get the same measuremet for the other speaker, and i am quite sure you will get something different. But...
The real question here is that how each speaker measures separately in the bass (modal area) at the listening position does not really matter. The question is what matters is how your 2 speakers excite room modes in mono mode, that is measuring the response of both speakers at once.
Of course, comb filtering will make this measurement useless above the modal region.

Btw, i really think that a midwoofer with a sensitivity around 91-92dbs would be perfect.
Another solution might be to bring the midwoofer cabinet closer to the back wall to try get some boundary boosting effect.
I don't think there is anything sacred in the physical algnment between the SBA and the SS at the wavelengths involved.
Same for possible diffraction issue. Properly balancing the energy is the top priority, and maybe the only one...

Now 3R3 smoothing 1/1
For me there is information plenty enough with this smoothing.

Buff...
And changing the polarity of the SBA, rest untouched?
From the beginning i am surprised with this dip in the 100-200 range...
For me it is due to a placement effect , but once again it's the measurement of One speaker ( Left one?) only, at one measuring position so that it is not really that relevant.
What about the other speaker alone, what about both speakers together, etc...

Looks only needs to boost the 50-250Hz range.
I think from 100hz would be enough, a slight boost in a first octaves being a good thing.
Another fix might be bi amping and living the SBA 3/5 dbs under the SS...
I need time to make the other speaker, surely I will do the next week but can measure the same speaker in the right placement to do measurements.
Placement makes huge differences in the modal region.
I like also this one https://solen.ca/products/speakers/home-speakers/midranges/sm75-15008/

But SBA can be attenuate for 3/5 dBs
