900W H-class PA Amp with Limiter

OMG
22kg for 1800w its too bulky

i think its just neough for 1800w...coz i own also an amp that weights 22.3kg..Lem Procon 1800plus (900w/ch) just a class ab amp but with an amazing sound ...:)

OK obviously
But why u don't tried h900 three tiered for less heat and so less weighted heatsink
And the term of heatsink size matters course we never buy airplane for distance of 5kilometers
Hahahah

do you need to carry your amplifier 5 km everyday? read some basics about amplifiers on ESP pages, that would be my advice... no need for a sarcastic guffaw!

OK sir mile
Then why h900 clips at 38vac o/p with music signals

the question should be "why MY h900 clips at 38Vac...",just because this amplifier was built in several hundred 💯 pieces and quite a few variations, and all of them work as it should. you have done something wrong,do not seek for a mistake in a successful design, but in unsuccessful built that you did.

If u get 60vac then post video
Not with halogen lamp load but with 4ohms perfect load

Modified protect

It's ok, 1N4148 add to the circuit.

Hello Sir Mile... may I ask if this modified circuit works better than its previous version? I have use 50-0-50 vac 2060VA toroid for my amp and uses 1amp 15vac to power up my protect circuit. I have a plant to modify my existing protect based on your modification and tested by Mr. Thimios..

thanks and regards

Good day to all DIYers.

Nice build BOSS2009 !!!!!!! Just a suggestion to you if you want to keep the temperature done on heatsink you should turn the module on its side. Because heat rises . If you leave the module like that shown in the photo uploaded your transistors temp will stay high.

please note its only a suggestion !!!!!!!!!!!
Regards.
