Can you publish schematic also?

SPS1000 Diy friendly not tested.
sir, can you add more details on this like wire gauge or number of turns i'm new in making smps and planing to try this.
Hi Mile or others. Do you have a simple balanced input circuit for the FX100? I'd like to put one of my FX100 amps in a case for light PA use and my mixer has balanced outs. One with a layout would be preferred.
Thanks, Terry

You can find circuit in post #661 thread http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/182900-class-d-amp-lm566-lm393-2xirf530-67.html#post4243362

Hi Mile, that is what I am looking for. Do you know if anyone has done a layout for it?
Thanks, Terry
Thanks, Terry
This SMPS will be a very interesting project if Mile can explain the transformer construction details.
If this is the same SMPS Apex discussed earlier, I think he uses an old ATX PC SMPS transformer.
I took a stab at a layout for the balanced input. Please check it for accuracy.
Thanks, Terry
DO NOT!!! ne5532!!! BETTER ad843-5+ad817-811!!
🙄 no I don't think so ,it's ETD49 or ETD59 ferrite core .If this is the same SMPS Apex discussed earlier, I think he uses an old ATX PC SMPS transformer.
looks good.. 100N filter missing 😉
The 100n caps are SMD. Notation is in red and reversed because it is on the bottom. I guess I could move things over so I can add through hole parts too.

Are you saying Mile's design is not good? Better to argue that in the other thread.

No! Mile's design good! N5532 bad!

More details of the smps would be really good. Maybe it's own thread?

Yes we need full instructions, how many turns, coil diameter. e.t.cMore details of the smps would be really good. Maybe it's own thread?

Use 0,6mm wire, wind 20 turns with 4x0,6mm wires in prallel on ETD49 core for primary. Wind 3 turns with 0,6mm for 24v secundary and 2 turns 2x0,6mm in series for 2x15v... for main secundar wind 2x8 turns with 5x0,6mm wires in parallel.
Mr. Miles can I put one more pair of IRF mosfets to the 3 pair dc servo mosfet amp (so total 4 pairs) and use 77VDC supply? is there any need for changing the small signal transistors? what would be power in 8 ohms and 4 ohms with 77VDC supply?
also can use the FX-100 supply for PSU and protect function for this 4 pair amplifier ?
link for amp and supply here...

Hey Rick, looking good! I feel bad, I have mine populated except for the outputs. Same boat, no appropriate heatsinks freed up. Looking forward to your assessment.
