The Incredible Technics SP-10 Thread

Help: Need SP10 Control Circuit board

I recently picked up an SP-10 Mk2 to refurbish. Its missing the power supply (which I was can build), but more importantly, the Control Circuit PCB is missing.
If anyone knows of a source for this board, or would be willing to sell one from a parts unit, please let me know. Thanks.
Mike

OK, here is an update from me. I have been doing others things to earn a living, but I have measured two SP-10MK3 both here and remotely. There is no doubt that they might be the best performing turntable in the world bar none. However the MK3 is very expensive, very desirable, very rare and has complex electronics. In my opinion the major reason it performs so well is the platter. Wayne from Pass beat me to this some time ago by making an 8kg platter for the MK2 that apparently sounds even better than the MK3 ? See post #533-535 and the top first photo

The MK2 is cheap as chips and with a new platter might well be a low cost solution for many. As someone pointed out to me, the MK3 has the magnet assembly on the platter, so remove this and it might well be 8kg, the same as Wayne's MK2 one ?

So in the absence of any drawings does anyone have and other photos ? I have found a company that I have known for many years, but forgot about, who can easily make these for around if not slightly higher than the anticipated $800

Dave thanks for getting back to this. I would like one also if you can get them made.

I will try and get the drawing. We actually just measured one and removed the mat lip. A second batch has been made from flat plate instead of bar stock and this is much less expensive but also a different vendor. The first SS plater we had was sent by a Japanese reviewer / vinyl expert.
6L6 should have one for test by now but he is off diving with manta rays in Hawaii or flying jets or some other nonsense.:)
