My PCB is on it's way from the main post office, yours should be somewhere near.
Boards can be made available if needed. Those who are interested can PM but i need at least 30 orders if you want me to get the parts like the DAC IC.

Why can't you just post images that everyone can see?
I had to create a google account to see the previous ones, and then ask and wait for permission to view them, now I have to get permission to see the new ones too.

Is REG11,REG12,REG13 and REF3,REG4,REG6 are interchangable? Either use ADM7150 or ADP151 for either set, right ?

Yes you are right, any one of the regulator should be used, also the IV stage opamps either the dip version on the top side or the soic version on the bottom side should be used
