ISO7230MHi Syllable,
What is the requirement on IC1?
ISO7230C 25Mbps
ISO7230M 150Mbps
ISO7230A 1Mbps
Thanks
My board has arrived safe and sound, many thanks Syllable.
Some questions .... is the output stage a copy of the official circuit? What is the current output of the ES9018K2M? Will the mcu allow volume control?

Yes it is official, differential current output 3.903 ma peak to peak, yes mcu will control the volume
Anybody else interested in this dac build?? I can start a second GB for this board if there is a considerable interest.
Thanks. I'm not experienced putting together MCUs, although I'm comfortable coding.
It take it I will need a 30 pin arduino nano type MCU with USB input, a 20x4 LCD and a 5 pin rotary encoder. For software, I've downloaded the arduino IDE.

"If isolated I2S feature is not used do not populate IC1, C1, C2, C6, C11, C74, C85, C86, S1, REG1, REG10, and B2"
Is it right? B2 and C74 don't supply MCU too?

B2 and c74 will supply the MCU if MCU is directly placed on the board, in that case isolated i2s feature cannot be used. Reg9 and its associated parts should also be omitted if MCU is used directly on the DAC board.
Thanks, why I2s isolated feature can not be used with onboard MCU?
With onboard MCU, we just need B2 and C74, the arduino nano include 5V regulator, so reg10 is not necessary, doesn't it?
The nano works with 3.3V logic level? ...the adum1250 should not supply with 5V in MCU side?

I guess you haven't read the old threads, but anyway the adum1250 does not work with es9018k2m as far as I tried but you can try and if it works you can keep everything as it is, you dont have to omit anything
Yes of course I know the I2c isolator doesn't work, and read the ALL thread...but it's maybe because the 3.3V instead of 5V!?

Saw this in ADuM1250 DS, may be can try these R values?
