I'm all for seeing if the basic topology will work with a more standard transformer (I.E., common and cheap) and Mosfets. I think it can.

Regardless, the trick in this amp will be the PSU. 🙂

lhquam's TEASER F6C used Mosfets and a similar circuit structure.
