J162-K1058 can be use but IRFP240-9240 not, FX8SCF is not tested and not finish jet, DC offset circuit must be add.

I have small question, AX14 amp the drivers does they have to be at main heatsink with outputs or I can put them on small separate heatsink?

Drivers can be on small separate heatsink and bias servo transistor at main heatsink with outputs.

Interesting, how does it affect THD performance. Your amp uses the same front end as my one I'm designing. Currently, I'm using a servo but this would be easier to layout not requiring power supplies. Back to the simulator tonight me thinks.
