Cool.... I will have my third paradise ready for tunning soon.... I will keep posting my findings untll we reach a tunning optimum way 🙂
First step : I think i found some really nice caps for the RIAA. They are not cheap but also not all over the top. What are the values you found out Ricardo to be optimum ?
I will then try to let them manufacture to value.

These guys make really good precision resistors and they cost much less then Vishey or Caddock.

32.1nF and 11nF
Are these caps tin foil types ?
The capacitors i am suggesting are the Mundorf EVO silver-gold-oil.
They are some of the most transparent caps i heard without any bleaching of tone.
We could fine tune and bypass them with Jahre silver micas :
Richard Jahre GmbH: Bauform 48

Audio Note makes a replacement now for this NOS part but they are expensive :

For that price we could also use Z-Foils.
There are other alternatives on the website.

I agree that current inputs can sound a bit dry, and they do need some "input" impedance.. the rolloff is strongly circuit dependant.. the circuit I play with now changes 0,2 dB at 20KHz with different cartridges.
Anyway, its just fun to play with these circuits.. funny how many ways you can get good sound out of the grooves. 🙂

Sure, now that my Atlas, my Olympos and my Titan are gone to the HighEnd in Munich i am back to my modified MC 30 Super. I also gave Martina my Stille Phonostage so i am back to my tube transimpedance phono stage. I thought why not using my LA Audio mono blocks then so the first time i have a complete tube system. Sounds great too.
Will try the new mundorfs... do not know f I can get the "special" micas but IMO micas are ok for the 500.5Hz but too much sparkling for the highs were I use mostly small styrenes as "fill in" bypass.
Used to like the shinkoh for cart rload but now found the new vishay bulk metal to give even better results.
For the 500.5Hz resistor I really like the kiwame carbons.
Thank you for the tip: PF1262-5KF1 Riedon | PF1262-5000-ND | DigiKey
What resistor type are these ?

Thin film, they also make metal foil like Vishey but then we are talking about 13,- € a pop.
I have good contact to Jahre and they can make silver micas in small quantity to order.
They even make a boutique version.

There are the best custom Teflon cap on the market available due to my group buy....I don't understand why going to fuss around with other stuff when you can have the best!
Sometimes I don't understand!!!😕😱
Reliable RTE Capacitors
I did not try them but John Curl said that they are the next best thing to teflon caps.
