mey be my pcb was wrong
but i dont have another pcb file
do you have it ?
i have T106-2 and dont need EI33
i was used IRF250N and 1K ohm OSC resistor
in 45 volt my IRS900 generate smoke in filter capasitor
how much power with IRF640N can generat this amp ?

You may see from the attached picture that the volume wiring is okay as per diagram. Still no sign of luck, finally given audio input to pin 1 (by passed tl072) now the sound good, no HF noise. I changed couple of IC's, same result.

I would like to increase rail voltage, please let me know which part need to be changed and what is the threshold voltage limit of this design?

what is the value for IRF640n gate resistor ?

For the diyers friends.
These 3 class d amps IRS (900-1500-3000) the same topologie and schematics
the 1500-3000 ad OCP (overcurrent protecttion) personally prefer irs1500
with biger vmos like 90n20 (90a200v) or better irfp4768(93a250v)and work fine
2ohms load.
Depend the load and the +-vcc inductor coul use 22-50uh no problem.
look the little secrets down the pcb 😉
A smd little 100nf decoupling and use pcb 3000 only one vmos per side.
Other mistake its the 12v auxiliary better 1,5-2a (use two paralel 7812 or lm317)
one 7812 work in irs900 only

What diode are you using for the gates? 1n4148 is sufficient.
