hi manoj i have managed to configure cd4049 . now the amp is working o.k .
your amp has great clarity in mids comparing to irs series amps. congratulations.
about the output inductor it is the same case as irs amps . i started with 64turns etd 42 but outputs were hot . so i switched to 22turns etd42 they became cool . my output voltage is +/- 48vlts; outputs are irfp250n, gate resistor 39ohms .
>>>the 3.3kohms 3watts resistors for dropping voltages 6.3volts get hot i don't think they will handle +/-85vlts.
now i have to find the ttl ic 74hc04 series because the sn74s04n did not work in my case.

for good low and mid use T106-2 0.8mm wire 59Turns.
use 3.3K/5w(75V supply) it will heat little but not burn

Just need couple of capacitors for amp board, 10p, 10n etc then it will be ready for firing up! I used IRF630 in power board hope this is okay as other version used 10N20!

where specifically in board?
I'll gonna share my layout based on IRS900 / IRAUDAMP1.
I put the bias supply onboard and put an external OCP trigger so that the speaker protect will activate in case of short circuit.
Speaker protection circuit included.
Just don't remove my name when you etch the PCB. It gives me the credit for my effort.

Near IR2110 use 10uF/63v(for low voltage Max.55V) or 1uF/100V(for Max.90V)
all other which you specified can use 16v range.

Im new in Class D what does it mean to change CD4049 ? can you share schematic ?
I have this IRS 900 ,.. can work with + / - 80V or not ?
