4 PIN connector is BAL IN and it is not used for bridge connection.
another one near +75v is for heat sink to ground (10 ohm SMD & 1nF/100V)
use 1mm (mica/silica or any heat conductive & insulator) space between MOSFET and Heatsink to reduce EMI.
ETD29 1mm gap all. for 250KHz fsw L= (50uH or 70uH)C= 1.5uF
winding 36T 0.5mm x2 SWG wire or 40T 0.5mm x2 SWG wire

Only two components i used SMD(10 Ohm & 2.2MOhm) both you can ignore (optional)
Consumer product always use UN balance mode (in & out).Only professional Product is used balanced mode.their input and out put is set to @1.3v pp signal level (+4dB)."In balanced working, the signal's positive-polarity connection (+, or hot) and negative-polarity connection (-, or cold) are segregated so that the - is no longer combined with the earth, shield, or ground line. Instead, a three-wire connection gives the ground line its own separate identity. The opposite-polarity + and - signal lines may then be said to be balanced, or set equal with respect to the ground. This balance is engineered, not for aesthetic or philosophical reasons, but so that the next input in the chain can be arranged just to look at the difference between the two audio lines. Every proper balanced input operates as a differential circuit, and any unwanted noise, hum, or interference common to both lines is therefore canceled".
your Pioneer 7150 signal output is UN-balanced one.i think you work for a car amp like SUB WOOFER AMP is it???
if ans. is YES then you need a DC to DC converter for my amp AUD600 and SUB filter.
for 300W 2ohm sub speaker for CAR (small room area) square root 300*2 = 25V supply
so you wire up DC to DC +25v -25V 15A one.

Hi Hadi,
Yes. short circuit / over current and DC protection you can add over temp. protection also.
PT2322 is not a sub filter it is a 6 ch volume controller with tone.are you building a home theater ???
your IC is not bad for home theater. i prefer SPDIF(digital in ) only. they can handle AC3/DTS signal directly.
DC to DC schematic and PCB i will give to you, pls give me little more time

greetings why 1AMPERE if 12 volt operated dc protector is used the positive 12 volt should be in series with the thermal switch going to dc protector relay when thermal switch activates at 75deg power to relay is cut off and amp shuts down as the temprature reduces relay will be energised

i am useing LM35 for invironment temp and show in lcd and first time turn on fans and in second time turn off the swiching board.
every chanels have owen thermal control
i want to turn of and on chanel by chanel with every owen amp temp sensor not by micro
i dont want turn off all divaces beacuse sub amp is hot
