Thank for the reply Manoj. You could give me a proper full bridge amp schematic? I have very large speakers and is very hard to drive them, even with my 600w/8ohm amplifier.

FDP2532, it's on the schematic. In my first bridged amp I used 8 pcs of FDP2552 (2552 is the half of a 2532), and it worked on 2 ohms, so there is a chance.

i have seen FDP2552 datasheet it is similar to irf540n. meaning at +/- 40vlts with bjt buffer irf540n can used eight pieces per channel at bridge mode with a 2ohms load... please correct me if i am wrong.

Calculate maximum needed peak current, add at least 30% for safety and divide it to 100 degrees current of each mosfet.
In this case:75 volt peak in 1 ohm(2 ohm bridge)= 75 amp peak=>98 amp peak(with safety) =>irfb4227 has 46A at 100 degrees so you need 2.13 pairs😀, it will work with 2🙂, but for short circuit protection(or +-85 supply) you will need 3 pairs..

thanks a lot cpx . in that case irfp250n/260n have to be like five pairs per channel t +/-75vlts and 2ohms bridge for irf540n at+/-40vlts 4pairs is that correct? and also
