Hi soundhead,
FUY, Here is an example of a single folded T-TQWT not tuned to low for outdoor use:

Thanks Bjorno this single folded looks good.

Agree, Not that large...~45.5" high (if 18mm wood).
What is your application besides being used outdoors?
b
I will be playing R&b,hip hop and pop music.
The next hard part is to find someone to fold it up for me.
Cut the HR layout in half(=112 cm internal height) and locate the terminus S4 at the bottom of the enclosure facing rotated 90 degrees (S4= a rectangular opening of 46 x 8.78 cm^2).
I calculated with a very narrow internal width of 46 cm and driver should be located at fitting snugly touching the bottom plate . The box external width would be at minimum~46 +2 x 1.8 cm= ~19.53".

Thanks

Hi Soundhead,
A few more hints:
b
PS: If you are 'off' a quarter of an inch on any dimension: IMO/IME, This wouldn't cause noticeable differences on the performance.

...Can four of this cabinet hit 135db outdoor...
This will depend on the system space load :

If you're open to a TH design and a little more work, this should achieve the output and extension you're after: 18TBX100 TH by epa

..What can be done to get 135db outdoor 2.0pi..
Add some more speakers ...6 T-TQWT's(6 Ohm system impedance(5.33 Ohm)) in total 2S x 3P... + 2400W-amp or Eg=120 VRms.
..Will a longer horn work..
Not necessarily longer but larger, not if a T-TQWT is using only one driver/box.

Tapped horn was my first bet but too complex to build.

How much more larger the box will be.
How much more larger the box will be.
As large as necessary without screwing up the passband FR or phase, of course.
At first hand:I never sub-optimize speakers by chasing SPL or Power, actually in my world all other parameters involved comes first as being more important.
SPL and Power is simple: Just add more speakers...
