Yes, most of the Benz Micro Cartridges are swiss made, except of the lower price end.
And the needles?
Did you know, there is one company in the world producing most of all needles? It is the Fritz Gyger AG in Thun, Switzerland.
This is the company where van den Hul got his craftmanship!

You know, I have the swiss view to the rest of the world:
- needles are swiss
- the best chocolate is swiss (in fact, I prefer belgium chocolate)
- watches are made here
and so on.
The bad thing: we also drive some nuclear plants 🙁
I dont know, wich companies also grind/produce diamond tips for phono cartridges.

Don't worry about nuclears, France has 50 units near your & my country (Spain) & I'm living near the French border😡
Yes, yes
Japan is also driving about 50 nuclear plants.
And we, Switzerland, also have own plants directly on the german boarder.
And my city, Bern, is 10% owner of a french nuclear plant (Fessenheim) located directly on a seismologically problematic area.
Back to phono:
I just decided to buy a second headshell for my SME arm and I will mount the DL103R into this headshell.
So I will have the choice between Benz ACE and Denon DL103R for comparison on exactly the same system.
I will report.

... I finished my listening session for today, with the famous TELARC Tschaikovsky 1812 Ouverture, including some >300 micrometre horizontal jumps.
No problem, keep on tracking.
The TD160/DL103R combination is jumping three or more times on this record.

Now we are talking 🙂🙂🙂
Let us know the impressions regarding the Denon cart.
In a vinyl replay system, the cart is outstanding in the overall result. Unless you are using a very poor arm, even in a lesser TT, the cart is determinant in the final picture result.
As you are using the same high definition riaa, you will notice the cart´s differences very clearly independent of the arm and TT.

Namiki and Ogura in Japan make diamonds and also glue them on boron rods tec.
Are they located away from the swept areas?
hope to finish it in the next days :d
thanks again for your suport
Does it have shields inside?
yes it has.i didn`t find copper foil and i used aluminium foil.i connected the screen directly to the star ground of the circuit.should i connect it to the star ground in series with a 0.1 uf capacitor ?
I do not know. Lyra is in Tokio and Stig says "It is nearly back to normal" and they deliver carts. A political official has told though today that reactor 2 has a meltdown and they had to close a hole. I really do not know whats going on there. Information is corupted and sparse.

Better directly. Aluminium can't form a shield in thin, but can behave as a ground plane. Is it quiet as it is in the box?
yes better than outside.i`ve put the aluminium foil in a few layers, 20 i think.much better than one

Been proved over and over that those things can't be stopped if they trip. Radioaktivität is a deadly oscillation... Devastating.

If it is satisfactory to you in practical listening, then OK.
you have not read the correct literature.Been proved over and over that those things can't be stopped if they trip. Radioaktivität is a deadly oscillation...
Have you heard about the "natural reactors" that operated by themselves and moderated themselves without any human (or life) intervention?
