"Gray Lady Down" (virtual/reality oddbal David Carradine)
Great movie, only thing I didn't like was that there were too many "heroes" in it. Kinda unreal... Americans like the hero stuff too much.
That mini-sub was cute... a pity.
You can't talk about the movies without bringing politics in.
You can't talk about anything without bringing politics in.
Possibly the immortality of the maybeetle it about what it is possible to talk without politics.
The American Soundtrack Music would not exist without Richard Wagner, you were thinking about this already?
Virág Árpád: But remember: those who don't trust us, don't trust themselves and those who don't trust us don't trust in our bright future, either. And those who don't trust in our happy, bright future... those are traitors.
The second part is cheapo.
The first is perfect.
For the today also instructive.

It is not possible not to talk about politics.
The policy is crippling, and interwoven in everyday life.
Example:
My neighbor just went home to Oregon.
I asked him to bring along a bottle of red wine for Papa.
It turned out not to be delivered to the aircraft, it is only 100ml of liquid can be applied on board.
Silly world we live in.
And people are ruining it.

Boredom or freedom?
Can't say, both are alike.
4. No movies whose titles end in a number.
So then, what does that mean for THX-1138? IMO, the best movie that Lucas ever made.
Every now and then a German comes to remind us where we come from.

This reminded me of "Aguirre: The Wrath of God", which I have not seen in a great long time.
Here's my favorite (best films) I've seen. (In no specific order.)
Tetsuo: The Ironman
Man Bites Dog
The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover
Aguirre, the Wrath of God
Fitzcarraldo
A Clockwork Orange
Apocalypse Now
The Big Lebowski
The Hidden Fortress
Blade Runner
Monty Python's Holy Grail
A list after my own heart. I've seen them all except (I am embarassed to admit) The Hidden Fortress. Have you seen A Boy and His Dog ?
A Boy and His Dog ?
Have you seen Don Johnson's teeth ?
