Distribution of 100 sk170V's, just rough Idss sorted. Anyway, they are much lower Idss than the sk369V's in general. Notice funny little testjig with all sorts of possibilities😎 The momentary switch, connects both gate and source to -v for Idss reading. Interesting no? 🙄
Some of them was meant for poor Pumpie on pic, but it might be better sticking the 369v's in there. The J310 are just under 40mA Idss 😱

One batch of BLs that I have grouped more along 6,7 & 8mA and another 8, 9, 10mA. A handful from both were at 11mA.

Hmm, conclusion: They're all over the place, so better measure if Idss is of any importance.

To be honest, I never checked the datasheet for the Idss figure, as I have measured all the fet's I have, but as I recall, mine are BL, and they were around 15mA.
Go figure.
