LU matching

I figure this is a good a place to ask as any, I've looked for a good post but have yet to find it.

I was playing with some matching the vgs of the LU's.

There is mention of not leaving these in too long, connected.
Of course it heats up quickly. It also climbs in voltage as well.

So do I take the first reading? My start @ .865-.950v.
Warmed up to 30 seconds, they are 1.05v to 1.10v. Which is the best number? My room temperature is a bit low when testing, about 60 degrees 15.5C?:snowman2:

I make sure that the devices are at room temperature and I count
1,2,3 just enough time for voltmeter to settle.

The important thing is that all the devices are tested the same way.

Also, I do not regard devices tested on different occasions as matched.

Unless I have to.
