Those interested in boards should continue to post here..
Count me in for couple.
Should I do a public google spreadsheet? I am not sure if the Wiki stuff is there, or any better than it used to be.
Frontend layout
Great with some action on the thread - inspired me to clean up the layout.
I think the frontend is about ready to be ordered? Any last comments?
The board can be used for both BA1 and BA2 - only difference is if C204 is populated or not.

Probably not something you would change at this point, but I really like to use the oval pads wherever possible in conjunction with plate through hole. It makes a stronger pad so it doesnt lift and it is easier to solder. With the tiny pads like around the trimmer and small film cap the surface tension of the solder likes to stay on the iron rather than wick down to the tiny pad. Given, around the trimmer the ovals would be hard to use.

This part I like a lot.

I may be on the list or not. I have a chassis from BAF 2008 with
4 complimentary pairs of IFP230's per side. I expect I would need
the front end and bias boards, but not the outputs. From earlier
in the BA2 thread, there was mention of matched jfets for the
front end being available. Is that still a possibility?
thanks,

Yeah, the output boards will not be needed for those that have Burning Amp Chassis' . But we want to have them available so that everyone can get in on the fun! Also the output boards are handy for making other amps..
If you don't need them, you don't have to buy them though.
We are trying to make these boards very versatile, as there are rumors of MORE variations coming down the pike...
I just think it would be nice to be able to swap in the Latest Variation with the minimum of hassle, then listen- How cool ( and educational ) would that be!!!
If I remember correctly, Nelson said he would take care of all chassis recipients in regards to front end JFETS...

I'll set up a Wiki list shortly and we'll see how well it works! I prefer to do the tracking myself- it's a learning experience!
Hello, I'm interested in a set of pcb for a stereo amp, but what about active devices, they seem hard to find?

Reply for list waiting for BA-2 boards
Hi,
Please put me down for a stereo set of boards, too, please!

What about C207?
So far I have completed F5 and F5 balanced. Impressions are better than I was even thinking off. F5 is an awesome amp. I think everyone should make one. It is so simple and the sound is exceptional! Here you could see two f5 boards in the chassis.

You have made a lot of progress. Congratulations. Great work AR2.
Thanx, I really enjoy doing it and playing with various circuits. Canno't wait for Cviler to finish BA boards. I have a feeling that BA 1 and 2 are going to be really great amps.
