The wings should be sloped down, not square,

Why?

Other comment. The upper 15" is almost "naked" since it do not have the benefits of the wings, and only the bottom have the advantage. So to bottom woofer will have the deepest bass, but also will have more "wiggle" above 250 Hz (just a guess)

It gives a nicer response.
Not sure whether square wings create standing wave or not, for some reason sloped wings give a nicer measured response.

Bass are crossed @ 80Hz...
Will try to slope the wing once (now tools are boxed, time to enjoy the POB's)

How about telling us whether you are happy with the result so far.
Did you get a chance to play some music yet?

Yeah quick session yesterday evening.
Sound is more balanced with more flesh.
Also soundstage seems improved by adding a front bass, not better or wider or deeper, just more natural.
