I am not one of the organisators. So I don't wan't to interfere....
Anyway, I don't think that shipping cost to Pays-Bas would be an issue.
Yes it is a beautiful project. Beside of UGS,
all the gimmicks, relay volume control, display, uC board, Cheffs design, are very impressive.

Hello again, Jacco and Manu
Yes the features are great, but for my diy-room(oeps ) i don't need that nice to have stuff.
B.t.w.,what i'm missing in this thread is the "tweaking of other members" around cheff's design. Maybe the groupbuy brings some new live or cheff did his job "too" good! Only that headphone spin off was different.
I'm still listening a few weeks to this amp and yes i think you may call it high end. It's like an Aleph 1.7, probably a little better.
More neutral. Good focus and space.
More pictures of my concept and experiences follow up soon.

I would very much like to build this nice design.
But I also need to make a front-end for a Tumos amp that i have lying around.
Tumos scematic
The Tumos needs 15V for full output, the Tumos itself does not do voltage amplification.
Could this nice design be helpfull for me to construct them together?? With some modification perhaps.
And also maybe in an XA-style construction.
As said by Cheff the design can deliver 15V output, but maybe for the Tumos it needs a bigger transistor pair (BD139/140??)
Or would the design of Hifizen be up to the job as front-end.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Maybe i am talking stupid
but my knowlege of electronics is not that great

Dear CheffDeGaar:
Can i use your gerber file to group buys UGS PCB and on TAIWAN side?
Thanks.
