That's the one. Re-skimmed it. Huge respect for Bruno, still a few things I would disagree with in his analysis. Still one of the better articles I've read about optimizing balanced signal transfer, but that's not the point here.
What in it defines, or more importantly as insisted here, disqualifies what constitutes balanced signal transfer?
