I didn't receive a reply on the other stuff (balanced parts), are we waiting on the manufacturer to do the selector panel and stuff? Just checking.

Maybe this works??
NOS mode:
(Remove SAA7220),
Leave S3 open ,
close S7 and S8
and leave S11 open as it was.
This should lead the I2s signal directly to the CLPD.
I will try this myself also....

Yeah, I tried it and it didn't work. The problem is there no second switch downstream of S8, so there is a conflict.
The only way around this is to jumper the I2S signals going through the removed SAA7220 chip
