I didn't receive a reply on the other stuff (balanced parts), are we waiting on the manufacturer to do the selector panel and stuff? Just checking.

For those of you that bought the balanced version, have you been able to use NOS mode? I seem to only get a signal when using the oversampling mode.

I've just checked it past weekend and I have the same problem.
NOS mode with or whitout reclocking is'nt working.......

Based on the manual 2, it looks like during the design, a set of switches between S8 and S7 were not implemented.

I'm going to try removing the SAA7220 chip and shorting the incoming I2S signals directly from receiver to the CPLD.

Maybe this works??
NOS mode:
(Remove SAA7220),

Leave S3 open ,
close S7 and S8
and leave S11 open as it was.

This should lead the I2s signal directly to the CLPD.

I will try this myself also....

Yeah, I tried it and it didn't work. The problem is there no second switch downstream of S8, so there is a conflict.

The only way around this is to jumper the I2S signals going through the removed SAA7220 chip
