xrk971, thanks for modeling this larger MLTL for the 6.5" Silver Flute. I checked your design for the 35 liter cavity, and this one seems to perform about the same. The larger one looks to be a little more efficient, but since I am using a plate amp, and will not be listening at high volumes, that may not matter. I will have to work out which one will work best with the baffle restrictions that I have.
I bet the larger cavity would make more difference for a larger driver, like an 8", but for this driver it seems like the 35 liters may be about right.
