Ian asynchronous I2S and S/PDIF FIFO KIT group buy

Hi,

I use the receiverPi with the jlsounds interface I2SoverUSB.

To automatically switch to the USB stream, I want to use pin J4-15 to the 5V of the I2SoverUSB USB part.
However, if I do this, I bring back the disturbances from the USB supply to the receiverPi via J4-15 and GND.

Is the J4-15 pin isolated?
Which GND connection should I use so as not to bring back USB disturbances?
If not, do I have to use an isolator?

I am upgrading the FifoQ3 Accusilicon AS338 clock .

??Accusilicon AS338 ???? ??? ??? Hi-End????-???

I sell various models of Accusilicon clocks, and I have no reason to deliberately say bad things about the more expensive AS338. According to my actual comparison between AS318-b and AS338, I don't think AS338 is better. AS338 will make the sound too clean, some of the original music details disappear, so that the sound becomes worse.

Yes indeed you can do that. RPI not needed if just using your cd as source

Thank you for the information! Will I need some extra power to supply this RPI + RecieverPi + Allo Boss Dac - Tower? Or will my current 5V 3A PSU be enough?

Another thing I would like to know how is it about the support of the RecieverPi?
Will it work with any OS like Volumino or Moode Audio etc?

My idea is to achieve a setup where I can seamlessly (or maybe with some source selection option in the software) switch between CD and stream i/o for my Allo Boss Dac.

Thank you !
The AS338 is out of stock I swapped for the cheaper AS318-B it sounds great. :)

The receiver pi works stand alone and so the software you mention pertaining the Rpi....Moode or Volumio, isn't applicable. If you 'listen through the ReceiverPi the Rpi is doing nothing. It automatically switches from Rpi signal or spdif input.
.I believe the 5v is shared over the GPIO and so one 5v feed would power the entire stack. However you will benefit from separated psus.

ReClockPi is available for early order now

I’m sorry for keeping you waiting. I have been working very hard with my SMT supplier to make some ReClockPi production for early orders.
Please go to my gitHub to download the new updated order form if you are interested

GitHub - iancanada/DocumentDownload: Download documents of Ian's products

User’s manual will be available next week.

I was trying to make the price a bit lower. But both materials and assembling got much higher recently. I’m sorry about that. Or, you can wait for my next GB for a ReClockPi special price, but I don’t have a schedule for now.
