F5 Turbo Circuit Boards

Yes 2oz copper.
The farthest MOSFET is 128mm from the output terminal.
The total output track is therefore 256mm with the terminal at or very close to the centreline.
PS tracks are both 127mm long.

I'm hoping there are not too many requests for further modifications.
It's getting close to time for ordering a batch to test.

One thing I don't have an idea of is the demand. How many to order??

I need to put a BOM together as well.

Here is my experience.
Do a test run of 10 of these. Pick 5 people including yourself to beta the things.
In case there is a problem not 500 boards would need to be modified.
For demand -
I use a Google Spreadsheet that everyone can access. You can see the current GB going on in my signature link.

Charge and account for shipping parts, trips to Post, paypal getting you everywhere it can and will

I might be a minority here, but if possible it would be nice to set the boards up so you use a pair together to run balanced. I may be missing something but looking at the schematic, it looks like you'd only need to tie them together at a few points.

Quite right I am vorking on balanced pre and when ready I will do just that

Some people will want to use two per amp (dual mono blocks) so may run out of case 'footprint' if any bigger.

Just my 2 centimes worth, but power supply boards are not worth the effort of burning for DIY projects unless they involve some kind of regulation -- too many francs per square cm., and not "one-size fits all". You're better off getting some phenolic and gluing the caps down with a decent 3M adhesive, and point to point wiring.

Yes .... dats why we go up . 25 MM caps are pretty small, less than 10,000 uf but x 16 , Hmmm should be good !!!!

The 30mm Caps are 15,000uF x 16
