Sorry, I got confused, newbie here :) So as I understand it can be connected using spdif coaxial or rca connectors. How to connect it with toslink? Can I simply use some toslink->spdif converter? Like this one: TOSLINK Optical Input Module

Short answer : yes you can ;)
Don't forget that Max rate is 96Khz for fiber vs 192Khz for copper.
You can, also, pick +5v at the PSU.
