all righty, i messed up this one for sure and i feel like an idiot.

i did not like the sound of the TL. period. ummmm, now i really like them as one was out of phase, blonde moment if you can guess, cleaning stuff around the house now and neigbors flashing lights"turn it down".
Still tuned so low, never seen everything bounce and move and the sub is barely moving. '
i like my beer, and one old 8" driver knocked it if the shelf.
So now i have a few police officers at my door. post later. Mav] this will be interesting.

Cleaned and coated, here are some pics, of course Charlie did most of the work, it is his shop you know, but many thanks. The rhino spray went a little further than exprcted, however had to use some polyurethane to achieve propper thickness.
next weekend i will be able to assemble, finally.

some more pics.ending at 15 mills +-1 mill, no color added, they are silver and very, very shiney, should look good in a black textured panel with a small puck light behind them. i will just stay tuned.
still bumbed i could not listen to them today, i guess patience is a virtue, that i have plenty of.

I wish i would have taken more pics. those show only cleaning and one coat of rhino, we coated them about 10 times as the mixture was dilluted with acetone to be able to spray. I guess alot going on and a couple trips to Lowe's ruined the time i or we had to finish. I will make sure i take pics on the next adventure.
>stator braces have to be cut
> assembly of mating stator and diagphram
> diagphram coating
>this is not in order
>testng
>convincing my wife that this really does not take much time
>some more ear plugs as she thinks it does
>bump
> assemble electronic components
> TV stand for euipment
> this list will go on and on, BUT, that what it takes:)

>now i guess i need some sand paper, on the other hand, i have not seen the finished product.
maybe no sanding at all.Charlie is a very experienced body work/car repair person, and many others, those panels were sprayed so evenly, you would have to have been there to see with your own eyes, thats why i wish i could have taken more pics.
right now, it is what it is, perfect to me, no corners cut.
its not when or how,
its going to be done right the first time, learning from experience and mistakes that so many have posted, and of course, asking questions. if i do not know, i will ask.
confusious says "girl who flys upside down cracks up"
later, Mavric

many thanks Charlie for your time and inspiration. looking forward to finish.
then maybe another one. J/K

oh yea, the police.
told me to turn it down and they could not hear music, only everything rattling in the house, i ran and shut down the amp, the caps kept it playing for a few seconds so i was issued a warning. i spoke with my neighbors and explained what i am doing, now they want to hear it. kind of funny, i think they or someone thought it was a car or truck playing music, it was me.

Here are the stats, coated and very beutiful. they are only missing some metal and electonics, bummer. this weekend i hope to have what i have been working on finished and complete this post. from start to finish.
The tl's are too dang heavy to pick up by myself, but those will be sprayed as well, hopefully this week too.
I dont even think i going to use the grill cloth, the stats are a shimmering silver, with that and black, awesome look, different.

that tire tool works very well, too well.
checked the placement and joints, all is fine, jusst have to find someone to hold on to the green and black leads and make sure it works.
without the schematic, i think it turned out well, ugly as all get out, but it will work. nice critisismin Charlie, noted and appreciated.
