Bryston 4B SST clone

Signetics was an American electronics manufacturer specifically established to make integrated circuits.[1] Founded in 1961, they went on to develop a number of early microprocessors and support chips, as well as the widely used 555 timer chip. They were bought by Philips in 1975 and incorporated in Philips Semiconductors (now NXP).[1]

Okay, crazy as i am.
I just ordered 4x DIY 28B SST2 with parts and 4 power board
This i wanna build to run my Infinity IRS Beta when my dedicated room is finish build.
So this will be a long time project to get all 4 blocks finished.
But all tips from you will help alot.
All from with Toroidal Transformer, to transistor type and matching.
Also, if anyone find the 28B clone cabinet ill be lucky man :D

DOA33

I ordered the same PCB a while ago. What remains is to check the PSU part and match the PN100/PN200. Got som from China but I'm not sure they are originals..
Btw, I drew a schematic of the board, maybe of help while debugging.

If I replace the 33v 1w zener diode in 4b with a 3w 33v zener diode

I don't think replacing the zener will change anything. The zener is just a voltage reference and the darlington transistor configuration draws a very small amount of base current.
The MJE15034 is responsible for delivering enough current, and must have a sufficient heatsink.
I think this regulator has enough current capabilities to supply an additional DOA33.
Try it, and just feel the MJE15034 not heating too much. I don't think it will.
