And the first version of the PCB...

Nice layout jorgovanko, congratulations.
I wanted to see if the same size of PCB can be used for all THT components. Yes, but with a bit of squeezing of components and tight clearances, and a double sided pcb.:)
Two options (1st image is all inline and second one is side FET layout).

I think i will stay on this layout becouse I can order 2in1 PCB (100x100mm is default layout dimension for minimal price) from JLCPCB. Using TH components is I think impossible to stay in this dimensions. I have new version where Silver Mica (pF) can be used in critical possition in feedback and Mica/MKP 100n for bypass feedback capacitor. Also, SMD 1206 COG/NPO still can be used. I will post layout later...

Cheers,

I found this protection from Willy, in the forum, I will use it on the AX20 3 pairs PCB Olafk.

This is PSU with short-circuit protect...

Hi mr.Mile

i have a problem with f100. marked cap keep blowin. and 2x1n4007 some times broke some times get short. i use 2x24v fan parallel in the amp and feed from fan connector.

any idea why this happening? if i change 2x1n4007with bigger one and cap voltage with 100v can fix problem? or that 2 fan having problem inside?
