PapaSits ...... certainly , but I'm doubting that he collected ancient ones enough for trouble-free production
By using the rare SITs, the article(s) will be educational for something else down the line, like the Nemisis and Pass-1 SIT, semisouth, etc. That's my guess.

@ Diyers
Upcoming article have lots options
we can build 4 differents mono amplifiers with:
1| simple pair of vfets
2| two pairs matched vfets
3| simple pair of depletion complementarys
4| two pairs of matched depletions complementarys
+| with 4 matched vfet´s pairs for mono maybe ??
I smile about fun choice of candidates not vfets as well for Mr Pass topologys.
Best regards

The guy who ask questions are WalterWI think Soundhappy is referring to the big loops of green and blue wire.
Craig
One possible response are :
This longer loop wire are nice if after 20 years someone
must change old capacitor ,
easy solution to manipulate pcb if need.
Less work with desolder.

Before any more damage is done, please enjoy the weather, find a patio and grab a pint.
