How about a Yara with balanced XLR outputs? You know, for those of us with an Aleph J or ACA monoblocks.

There Is a very nice Aspen single ended to balanced converter but that’s not DIY. Would you be ok with a nice opamp implementation with a THAT1646 placed after the Melbourne?

Those things are ultra low distortion and are like a wire with no gain but simply split signal into two phases and can drive 600ohm loads.

The Korg 6P1 is stereo, and with the necessary support circuitry, is probably too big to fit on a Melbourne daughtercard. However it should be possible to design a two channel daughtercard that would occupy both slots on the Yara main board. Could be fun.
