Unless you've got a tube that can switch at 600khz or more, then I don't think there's much point.

That is easy..
Tubes are used for Transmitter for AM/FM/Ham or GHz Radars.
Don't you remember old TVs had many tubes inside?
They were working for TV frequency.
Anyway just a tired businessman's daydream

Oh I did not search because I posted as reply on "Forum for issues related to the design of Class D amplifiers" then moved by moderator to new thread.
