MAS6616 is available from Profusion in the UK, I have just purchased a few.
MAS6116 and XWM8816 are not 100% compatible. MAS6616 has one register named Instant Write Both and XWM8816 doesn´t. For instance Cambridge 851A uses this register and in this case XWM8816 doesn´t work.
