anyone ever repair this model? no power but the relays clicks on ..and there is rail voltage present...no sound and the power led is not lighting on..

Have you checked all of the regulators to make sure you are getting the correct regulated voltages ?
Have you tried operating all of the pots and switches through their entire range with a signal source connected and a speaker connected to see if the amp ever produced any sort of sound (even if it was just static/noise)?
when i take 0ff the 12 volt powersupply that i have it connected to ..the amp gives a loud burp sound ...surges the sub .but no other sound .
Do the relays disengage IMMEDIATELY when remote voltage is removed?
Is there a short delay after applying remote voltage before the relays engage?
Do you see the input signal reaching the audio driver board?
Is there any modulation of the rail-rail oscillation at the output transistors when you drive a signal into the amp?
