Pure luck. With the 4 letters in the second guess I truly could not think of what it could be. So I started putting in some combos until, “huh, that is a word?” Pretty obscure for me.

I happened to know the word but my strategy is centered around the long term daily avg and common words are weighted higher. Def a hedge your bets method but has the intended effect
