Witch Cap do you prefere after the rectifier for low-power usage (max 25V)?

I was tossing up between Panasonic FM and the Nichicon FG, neither of which I have used (have used the Panasonic FC's)

Geek the FM's have a lower ESR than the FC's according to the datasheet 40-70% Less!

I just checked the max value at 25V and it is only 2700 uF The FC's go up to 5600 uF at 25V and the nichicon FG's 3300 and the rubycon ZL's 2700uF so depending on what values you need the choice may need to be made based on what values you can get! in each series...

Hi Tony,

don´t think much about the max. capacitance at 25V. If i would like to have more, i could insert an additional cap. 😉

Therefore i limit the question only the voltage.

Best regards,
Oliver
